How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, find Manestay, and tap Cancel Subscription. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How does the free trial work?
Manestay includes a 14-day free trial. You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then through your Apple Subscription settings.
I have a question about a charge or want a refund.
All billing is handled by Apple. For refund requests, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Where are my photos stored?
All photos you take in Manestay stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded to external servers.
My streak isn’t tracking correctly.
Make sure notifications are enabled for Manestay so the app can prompt you at the right time. If the issue continues, drop me an email with a description of what’s happening.
Is Manestay a medical app?
No. Manestay is a treatment consistency tool — it helps you stick to whatever routine you and your dermatologist have agreed on. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Always consult a board-certified dermatologist for medical advice.
